BOOKING TERMS

Thank you for booking with Jacksons Private Van

Your deposit confirms and secures your booking date and time in our schedule.

Amendments and Cancellations:

• Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee.

• Regrettably, cancellations made on the day of the booking or with minimal notice will require full payment of the booking fee.

This policy has been implemented to address the increasing frequency of last-minute cancellations, which significantly impact our ability to serve other clients effectively. Having been established since 2022, Jacksons Private Van has found it necessary to adopt these terms to ensure fairness and continuity of service.
